Products supplied by CRC Research are intended exclusively for laboratory, analytical and research use by qualified individuals and institutions. By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you will not use, resell, or represent our products for human or veterinary consumption, administration, or any therapeutic purpose.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and analytical information displayed on this website are accurate at the time of publication. Batch-specific documentation, where available, is indexed against the batch or lot number printed on the product label. Minor variations between batches may occur; where applicable, corresponding analytical documentation will reflect the batch actually supplied.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment for new orders is made by bank transfer through WallID. You approve the payment in your own bank. We do not ask for or store your bank login or card details. Historical orders may have been paid by manual bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse, cancel or refund any order where we reasonably believe products are intended for human, veterinary, therapeutic, diagnostic, recreational, performance-enhancing or otherwise non-research use.

4. Delivery

Dispatch timeframes and shipping methods are set out in our Delivery Information page. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
