• Payment information: new orders are paid by bank transfer through WallID. You approve the payment in your own bank. We do not ask for or store your bank login or card details. Historical orders may include a manual bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe.
• Contact form submissions: name, email address, organization (optional) and message content submitted via our Contact page.
• Basket data: a randomly generated basket identifier stored in a cookie so your basket contents persist between visits.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to process and fulfil orders, respond to enquiries, maintain your basket between visits, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Sharing With Third Parties

New orders are paid through WallID. The customer approves the transfer in their own bank, and we do not send a bank login to WallID. Historical orders may have been paid by manual bank transfer, PayPal, or Stripe. PayPal and Stripe processed those payments under their own privacy policies. We may share order information with delivery carriers solely to fulfil dispatch of your order.

4. Data Retention

We retain order records for as long as necessary to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to and resolve your enquiry.
