Orders are fulfilled from our UK facility after payment is confirmed. You can choose standard UK delivery or customer collection / pick up at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates measured from dispatch, not from checkout, and exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Standard UK postage is free on orders over £100. Below that threshold, shipping is charged only when a commercial rate has been configured for checkout; this page does not publish placeholder prices. Collection is free and does not require a delivery address.

Temperature-sensitive compounds are packaged with insulation appropriate to the product and transit time to help preserve stability in transit. Upon receipt, please follow the storage guidance printed on the product label or listed on the corresponding product page.

Includes 3 ml BAC water with every vial.

3. Order Tracking

A dispatch confirmation, including tracking information where applicable, is sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order leaves our facility.

4. International Orders

International dispatch is available to selected destinations. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.
